*** The Angier Small Town Main Street Committee has examined the market potential of various retail categories in an effort to bring new shopping opportunities downtown. Their research shows that the market could support expanded or new retail business in most categories including clothing, general merchandise (department and variety store merchandise) and restaurants. North Carolina Small Town Main Street Meeting...2nd Thursday of Each Month. The next community meeting will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at the Angier Depot Building. Parties interested in discussing the results of the study and the possibility of opening or expanding a retail business or developing real estate in downtown Angier, or for more information about the NC Small Town Main Street Program are invited to contact the Town of Angier at 919-639-2071.
