July 18, 2007 Kay Lane is now closed, multi-purpose field is under construction.
Some of the drainage pipe is in the ground.

July 17, 2007 Progress Energy removed the light poles.

July 13, 2007 Bridge for walking trail is near completion.

June 25, 2007 Lights on Field 3 have been removed., The old fence around the tennis court has been removed.

June 18, 2007 Construction started. Ground breaking.

May 18, 2007 Tentative construction start date is June 18th.

Feb. 19, 2007 The bids processes was to have started on the Jack Marley Park Project.

Feb. 14, 2007 Work started on walkway on Wilma Street.

Feb. 2, 2007 Working on the final drawings.
